1. 엇갈린 ‘네카오’ AI전략

네이버와 카카오의 AI 비즈니스는 다른 양상으로 전개될 것으로 전망된다. 네이버가 자사 AI 기술 자체를 진열대에 올려놓고 B2B 시장을 적극 공략하는 반면 카카오는 AI를 지렛대 삼아 광고 등으로 이익을 창출하는 전략을 택할 것으로 관측된다.

2. 11번가, '그랜드십일절' 700만 고객 참여

11번가는 그랜드 십일절 기간 모바일앱을 방문한 고객이 700만여 명에 달했다고 밝혔다. 평소보다 60%가량 많은 규모로, 2008년 이후 지금까지 열린 그랜드 십일절 중 가장 많은 고객이 11번가를 찾았다. 가장 많이 팔린 상품은 로봇청소기로, 11일간 누적 결제액 141억 원을 기록했다.

3. 앰버서더 마케팅 공들이는 패션업계

FW 시즌 성수기를 맞아 패션 브랜드들의 앰버서더 마케팅이 활발하다. 인기 스타를 앞세워 브랜드에 대한 긍정적 이미지를 심고 상품 판매량을 늘리기 위한 전략이다. 과거에는 명품들의 전유물처럼 여겨졌으나 최근에는 다양한 패션 브랜드들이 앰버서더 마케팅에 나서면서 보편화되는 추세다.

4. OTT 광고 요금제 선호하는 1020세대

1020세대가 다른 세대보다 OTT 광고 요금제를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 광고 요금제는 광고를 보는 대신 가격이 더 저렴한 요금제다. 10대의 OTT 광고 요금제 이용 경험은 응답자 중 40%를 차지했다. 20대(28%), 30대(21%), 40대(32%), 50대(18%) 보다 확연히 높은 비중이다.

5. 생활가전 체험 마케팅

LG전자가 주방가전의 차별화된 고객경험과 편리함을 알리기 위해 전국 인기 여행지의 100곳 유명 숙박업소에서 이색 체험 마케팅을 진행한다. LG전자는 여행지에서 고객 만족도가 높은 식기세척기 등 LG 주방가전이 주는 편리함을 많은 고객이 체험할 수 있도록 이번 이벤트를 마련했다고 밝혔다.

6. 솔루션 마켓 확대 vs 동네 로컬 확장

네이버와 카카오가 커머스 생태계 확장에 나섰다. 네이버는 AI를 활용한 커머스 솔루션 마켓 서비스를 확대에 속도를 내고 있다. 반면, 카카오는 로컬과 비지인 영역으로 서비스를 확장해 새로운 수익을 창출하겠다는 전략을 발표했다.

7. 숏폼 등 영상 콘텐츠 키우는 네이버

네이버가 영상 콘텐츠를 강화하며 유튜브에 도전장을 내밀었다. 숏폼 창작자를 대규모로 모집하는 한편 연내 네이버TV와 나우를 통합 개편한다. 자체 제작 콘텐츠를 제공하던 기존 나우와, 드라마·예능 등의 영상 클립을 제공하던 기존 네이버TV를 하나로 합치는 것. 통합 앱 명칭은 '나우'다.
